The is the Allen Dam that was built in 1874 in order to fill the steam locomotives. It is the oldest stone dam still standing. It is off East Exchange Parkway on the northside. There is a parking lot at the Allen Business Park where you can park and walk down the short trail. I'm glad we put Ashton in the stroller.
