The Cadillac Ranch

Since we've been in Amarillo this past week, I thought I would take the boys to see the Cadillac Ranch.  Brec was very curious as to why someone would bury cars in the ground.  I explained it to him and William had his turn as well.  Brec still doesn't get it...  Of course, I don't think a lot of people in Amarillo get it either. 

A lot of people were there.  I was actually surprised since I think I've been there twice in my life before today.  But, it is a tourist destination and was featured in Cars. 

The boys even got to spray paint the cars.  Brec tried to write his name but it was so windy he needed help.  Ashton painted the wheels and I painted his name.  Unfortunately I didn't get great pictures of them.
