We went to Henry's Ice Cream on Friday for Sundae School. Henry, the owner, teaches the kids about the history of ice cream and then shows them how to make homemade ice cream. Brec went and sat with the other kids and did fantastic. He was so interested in ice cream and wanted to help make it. I love the improvement he has shown over the past three months in his school readiness.
